Cutting the ribbon on new affordable homes at Fishers Vale

Yesterday saw the ribbon being cut at our new Fishers Vale development, as we showcased 40 new affordable homes!

Half the homes have now been handed over, with the remainder following in the next few weeks.

Fishers Vale features 21 new council homes for social rent, mixing 4 bed-room houses and 1 and 2 bed-room flats. These sit alongside 19 shared ownership homes, helping more local people get onto the housing ladder. These homes have been delivered by OX Place, alongside our local partners the Lucy Group.

All the homes are built with sustainability in mind, with air source heat pumps, enhanced insulation, EV charging and a cycle friendly layout.

This former brownfield site in the beautiful village of Old Marston is just one of the many underused sites across the city that OX Place is busy turning into new homes for Oxford residents.
